Many people look only at price, location, renovation style and convenience, while ignoring whether the space actually supports the occupants.
Feng Shui reads the space: entrance, balcony, kitchen, toilet, bedroom, bed position, desk, movement flow and how qi gathers or leaks. Qi Men Dun Jia reads timing and direction: whether now is suitable to buy, move, renovate, or commit to this property decision.
Master Huang Qiming often combines both. A unit may look acceptable in layout but carry poor timing. Another property may have suitable timing but a bedroom or kitchen layout that affects sleep, emotions or wealth retention. Reading only one layer may miss the root issue.
The value of checking Qi Men and Feng Shui before moving in lies in early detection. Once renovation is completed, the cost of correction becomes higher. A pre-move review can prevent key areas such as the bed, stove, desk or wealth position from being placed in draining locations.
